Refunds & Cancellations

At Spiritual Samagam, we understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility with our cancellation and refund policies. This policy applies to all tour packages offered via our website, emails, or other communication channels.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 Days Prior to Departure Date:
  If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the departure date, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees incurred.

• 15 to 30 Days Prior to Departure Date:
  For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the departure date, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• 7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure Date:
  Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost.

• Less than 7 Days Prior to Departure Date:
  No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date.

• No Show:
  If you do not show up on the day of departure without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Policy

• Processing of Refunds:
  All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Transaction Fees:
  Any transaction or processing fees incurred during the booking or refund process will not be refunded.

• Force Majeure:
  In case of cancellations due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will strive to provide a full refund, subject to the policies of our local partners and service providers.

• Alterations by Spiritual Samagam:
  If we must cancel or significantly alter a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you the choice of an alternative tour (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for the most accurate information. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.
